Data User Group (DUG)

• Purpose: This group is facilitated by Institutional Research (IR) in collaboration with Information Technology Services (ITS), Enrollment Management, and other campus groups to discuss enhancements and updates to various data products at FSU.
• Meeting Frequency: Quarterly in Microsoft Teams with an annual in-person gathering in the Fall.
• Power BI Community of Practice (Power BI CoP): DUG includes the Power BI Community of Practice, which serves as a meeting place for Power BI users to connect, share ideas, and improve their skills.

Donuts & Data

• Purpose: Led by the Division of Student Affairs, this group that focuses on the intersection of data and student affairs.
• Meeting Frequency: Monthly - typically on Friday mornings.

IR Analytics for Academic Leaders

• Purpose: This is an Institutional Research led Microsoft Team that provides institutional leaders and decision-makers with access to data tools available on campus, such as Power BI dashboards.

Excel Learning Lab

• Purpose: This is an Institutional Research led Microsoft Team for staff and faculty who have previously attended at least one Excel training session or for anyone interested in improving their Excel skills. It focuses on improving Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
